We use email and the WhatsApp Business Platform for transactional and operational messages. Driver WhatsApp reminders are enabled only after the driver agrees to receive them and can be disabled by an administrator at any time. We do not use driver reminder messages for advertising.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to provide our services, comply with the law, or protect people and our systems. Providers may include drivers, Meta and WhatsApp, email providers, payment providers, website hosting and security services, and mapping services such as Google Maps.
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. We keep information only for as long as reasonably required for bookings, customer support, accounting, safety, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Secure driver location links expire automatically.
Our website may use essential cookies for security and site operation, and limited measurement or attribution tools to understand how people find and use our services. Browser controls can be used to restrict cookies, although some website functions may then be unavailable.
You may ask for access to personal information we hold about you or request that inaccurate information be corrected. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
You may request deletion of personal information associated with Eden Taxi messaging, bookings or driver services by emailing [email protected]. Include your name, phone number and booking reference where applicable so we can locate the correct records. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
We will confirm the request, verify identity where necessary, and delete or de-identify information that we are not required to retain for legal, accounting, safety or dispute-resolution purposes.
