1. Definitions and Interpretation

The Company
Refers to GlenEden Taxi, its drivers, employees, agents, and subcontractors.

The Customer (or "You")
Refers to the person or entity booking or using the service.

Service
Refers to all transport services including airport transfers, private rides, and corporate travel.

Booking
Refers to a confirmed reservation for a specific date, time, and route.

2. Bookings and Confirmations

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

A booking is only confirmed once a confirmation email or message is received.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all booking details are accurate, including:

  • Flight details
  • Pick-up time and location
  • Passenger count
  • Luggage details

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information.

Pre-booking is strongly recommended, especially for early airport transfers.

3. Pricing and Payment

All rides are quoted on a fixed-fare basis unless otherwise stated.

Prices include:

  • Vehicle
  • Driver
  • Fuel

Prices may exclude:

  • Airport parking
  • Toll charges
  • Waiting time
  • Cleaning fees

Route changes or extra stops may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • More than 24 hours: Full refund excluding fees
  • 12-24 hours: 50% charge may apply
  • Less than 12 hours: No refund

No-show: Full fare is charged.

If we cancel due to unforeseen issues, a full refund will be provided.

5. Waiting Time

Airport pickups: 30 minutes free after landing.

Additional waiting may be charged.

Non-airport pickups: 15-minute grace period.

6. Luggage

Customers must book a suitable vehicle:

  • Sedan: 4 passengers / 2 bags
  • Wagon: 4 passengers / 4 bags
  • SUV: 4 passengers / 4 bags
  • Van: up to 11 passengers / 15+ bags

Excess luggage may require another vehicle.

7. Child Safety

Child seats are available upon request.

They must be requested during booking.

8. Passenger Conduct

Drivers may refuse service if passengers are unsafe or abusive.

No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed in vehicles.

Cleaning / Soiling Fee: $250 may apply if required.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Breakdowns

We are not liable for missed flights due to delays or poor booking timing.

10. Governing Law

All services are governed by New Zealand law.
