Refers to Glen Eden Taxi, its drivers, employees, contractors, and authorised representatives.
Customer / Passenger
Refers to any individual or organisation that books or uses our transport services.
Service
Refers to all transport services provided by Glen Eden Taxi including airport transfers, private taxi
services, corporate transport, and point-to-point journeys.
Booking
A confirmed reservation for a vehicle including pickup location, destination, and scheduled time.
Bookings may be made through our website, phone, or email.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives confirmation from Glen Eden Taxi.

We cannot be held responsible for service issues caused by incorrect or incomplete booking information.
Pre-booking is strongly recommended for early morning airport transfers to ensure vehicle availability.
All fares quoted at the time of booking are fixed based on the journey details provided.

Payments may be made through the payment methods available on our website or directly to the driver when applicable.
If the journey significantly changes from the original booking, the final fare may be adjusted accordingly.
More than 24 hours before pickup
Full refund may be provided (excluding any processing or administration fees).
12 to 24 hours before pickup
A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare may apply.
Less than 12 hours before pickup
The booking may be charged in full and may not be refundable.
No-Show Policy
If the customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location without prior notice, the full booking
fare will be charged.
If Glen Eden Taxi must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Airport Pickups
We monitor flight arrivals to ensure drivers arrive at the correct time. Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands at no additional charge.
Waiting beyond this period may incur additional charges.
Non-Airport Pickups
A grace period of 15 minutes
Passengers must ensure that the selected vehicle type is suitable for the number of passengers and luggage.
If luggage exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle, the driver may refuse transport or a larger vehicle may be required at additional cost.
All luggage is transported at the passenger's own risk.
Child seats may be available upon request depending on vehicle availability.
Customers must request child seats at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in the service being declined if required by New Zealand transport safety regulations.
The driver reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if a passenger behaves in a manner that threatens safety or violates reasonable conduct standards.

While Glen Eden Taxi aims to provide timely and reliable transport services, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:
The Company is not responsible for missed flights or connections resulting from insufficient travel time or circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability to customers is limited to the value of the booked service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
